K.I.A. Memorial Roadmarch
The K.I.A. Memorial RoadmarchTM (or “KMR”) is a march through Chestnut Ridge Park in Orchard Park, NY.
Participants will march, run, walk or crawl, a 10K or 5 mile walk either as a Individual or Team while carrying rucks (back packs) filled with non-perishable goods (or choose to not carry and donate before the Roadmarch. We just ask that you bring a minimum of 30 lbs to donate.) *See rules about weight for certain categories.
The Roadmarch is open to all – current / retired military, first responders, civilians- EVERYONE!.
* If you can’t carry the weight and just want to walk, we ask that you register, join us and donate the minimum of 30 lbs food at the beginning. No need to carry that weight, just have fun!
Bring the BIGGEST TEAM WIN THE KMR BAT CUP!
Register and create the Biggest Team. Come up with a clever and cool name! Then if you have the biggest team to finish the Roadmarch, YOUR TEAM will WIN the KMR BAT (Big ass trophy)! Each year the KMR BAT will have the team’s name inscribed on it along side the previous years’ winner. Your Team will actually get to take home a replica version to keep!! The question is, will you DOMINATE each year and have the biggest Team name all over it?

This is where it gets competitive! You walk the same route carrying 30lbs of canned goods, but we’ve added Drill Sergeant Inspired Challenges to do! Each KMR Challenger completes the 4 Challenges and receive a special KMR Challenge Swag after you cross the finish line as a KMR Challenger. You also receive a medal and of course are allowed bragging rights.
